Over the past 2 years, we have utilized TCB lawn and snow for all of our landscaping and snow removal needs. We also use their spring clean-up and mulching as an added feature. We are extremely happy with all of their services. We have had several different landscaping and snow removal companies and by comparison, they are the best by far! If you get a quote from this company, get it on paper because TCB doesn’t live up to the verbal agreement that was made! Their conduct was very unprofessional, and their service was very bad on top of it! STEER CLEAR FROM THEM!
What need to do that these service stop drives on my grass. They are mowing grass of my neighbor and all the time mowing my grass. I put small part of fence and some time they were stopped. Now they they are mowing my grass again 🙄 : you will be saying to me where is property line? Oh man... it is so stupid. Don't see a basic fence? Or you blind or oblique? 🙄
Called TCB,made appointment for 10:00am estimate for Snow/Mowing Service. After 9 days I inquired” why have you NOT contacted me regarding these concerns. I am bed ridden and rely on my RING CAMERAS AND DOOR BELL . No visitors at 10:00 am.according to my camera history.FURTHERMORE THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL MY PHONE NUMBER ASKING WHERE WAS I ,.WHY DID I NOT KEEP APPOINTMENT . Now, I am told because I chastised them for lackluster contact methodology, “ THEY WILL NOT SERVICE MY SNOW/LAWN MAINTENANCE🙀
