They were timely with getting me an estimate originally in 2025 but for no fault of their own, I did not have the work done until 2026. When I re-inquired about the estimate, they came back out quickly and the work got done in a within days of paying the deposit. There were a few bushes left behind I wanted removed and Shevonne explained why they had not originally removed them and the crew came back the next day to take them out. Highly recommend their services, we will use again!
Over the past 2 years, we have utilized TCB lawn and snow for all of our landscaping and snow removal needs. We also use their spring clean-up and mulching as an added feature. We are extremely happy with all of their services. We have had several different landscaping and snow removal companies and by comparison, they are the best by far! If you get a quote from this company, get it on paper because TCB doesn’t live up to the verbal agreement that was made! Their conduct was very unprofessional, and their service was very bad on top of it! STEER CLEAR FROM THEM!
What need to do that these service stop drives on my grass. They are mowing grass of my neighbor and all the time mowing my grass. I put small part of fence and some time they were stopped. Now they they are mowing my grass again 🙄 : you will be saying to me where is property line? Oh man... it is so stupid. Don't see a basic fence? Or you blind or oblique? 🙄
