I can’t even begin to thank this company enough for not only getting to the root of the problem promptly, but for how seriously they took the sense of urgency in getting out to our place and inspecting. The owner of the company Mark is a very knowledgeable and caring person. He was able to diagnose our issue with me simply explaining what was going on in our home over the phone when our maintenance staff couldn’t figure it out in 2 months. Mark and the TCB Enviro team are awesome. We had them to our house to check moisture in our wall. They quickly responded, evaluated the situation and put together a mitigation plan. Mark was very communicative, professional, transparent and fair. 10/10 would hire again.
Mark claimed he would help us get out of our lease contract, when he did not do so. Having paid for the service now feels like a waste of money. He did the testing properly, and tried contacting the apartment complex on our behalf, but it was not enough. They should not be assuring customers they can do things that do not come to fruition. If you are looking for someone to help get out of your moldy apartment, just go straight to code enforcement and consumer affairs. This company is not worth the money.
