Great customer service, very transparent and trustworthy. I was gonna buy the mustang and later on they found out more problems with the car and immediately let me know. Unfortunately didn’t get my dream car, but their transparency and customer service really suprises me. Free carfax on cars, and etc.

TCA Auto handled the process of purchasing my car to getting the registration very professionally. There were many obstacles to getting the auto documents, none of which was on TCA Auto. From the DMV losing my paperwork to transfer the title, the mechanic not accepting the previous car title, etc. I had a very one of situation but through constant communication with Joyce and David I was able to get everything sorted. Those people never answer the calls o email not way to communicate with them at all they never get back to you not sure how the get seles
So there I was, i needed a vehicle and haven’t driven in 3 years. I went to TCA AUTO and Brandon made the process very simple. Most car places you sit there as your children annoy you and everyone in the premises. He took our information and told us to come back tomorrow for finance and credit review and it happened…on time…on schedule …the same guy…same great attitude.
