At first I was skeptical because I would always drive near when Don Quijote was there and there were the cars displayed outside in the lot but I didn’t see any vehicles. then Carol & Joyce reached out to me at least by the end of the day when I asked about the availability of the car. They were pretty quick to schedule a test deive and easy in & out (as long as you have the write documents haha) when it came to purchasing the car. I purchased a Lexus from TCA Auto. Being from an outer island, David was nice and very accommodating from originally viewing the vehicle, signing the paperwork, and shipping the Lexus for me via Young Brothers. I would buy another vehicle from TCA Auto.
I take back my original Review due to Carol reaching out and correcting the situation, very appreciative of the professionalism they showed and thankful for David taking the time to show the vehicle and assisting me with the purchase. Big Mahalo!
Simple to work with..David is a very straightforward worker and the sales team works virtually ALL hours of the day. Sales team would always answer my questions in a timely manner even if it was late at night. Buying on the weekend is a little more complex cuz banks are not open. Due to the cars being used they don't have much info on services records but they account for that in their pricing
