I literally landed in Hawaii and came straight to this dealership something told me that if I wanted a reliable car with an effortless process this place would be the place to do it. David and Aiyeen were so helpful and understanding. They close at 6pm and with a simple phone call they were willing to wait for me and we got done at 7. I appreciate them for this so much
I went there in hopes of purchasing a vehicle as i opened door i had noticed sand all over vehicle that not the best part as i started car and turned on AC chopped up roaches flew out the AC ducks was crazy . Clearly they didnt car how they showed the vehicle. Most definitely will not be giving them any type of business every horrible. The man on the other hand who showed me the vehicle was just as shocked as me upon looking at the vehicle and it appearance.
Everyone was extremely helpful. I live on the big island, and they managed to handle everything, and work with me seamlessly. It was a very worry free process, and the vehicle was even better than expected. I’ll definitely be purchasing all future vehicles through TCA Auto.
