Simple to work with..David is a very straightforward worker and the sales team works virtually ALL hours of the day. Sales team would always answer my questions in a timely manner even if it was late at night. Buying on the weekend is a little more complex cuz banks are not open. Due to the cars being used they don't have much info on services records but they account for that in their pricing
Great customer service, very transparent and trustworthy. I was gonna buy the mustang and later on they found out more problems with the car and immediately let me know. Unfortunately didn’t get my dream car, but their transparency and customer service really suprises me. Free carfax on cars, and etc.

TCA Auto handled the process of purchasing my car to getting the registration very professionally. There were many obstacles to getting the auto documents, none of which was on TCA Auto. From the DMV losing my paperwork to transfer the title, the mechanic not accepting the previous car title, etc. I had a very one of situation but through constant communication with Joyce and David I was able to get everything sorted.
