I went there in hopes of purchasing a vehicle as i opened door i had noticed sand all over vehicle that not the best part as i started car and turned on AC chopped up roaches flew out the AC ducks was crazy . Clearly they didnt car how they showed the vehicle. Most definitely will not be giving them any type of business every horrible. The man on the other hand who showed me the vehicle was just as shocked as me upon looking at the vehicle and it appearance.
Everyone was extremely helpful. I live on the big island, and they managed to handle everything, and work with me seamlessly. It was a very worry free process, and the vehicle was even better than expected. I’ll definitely be purchasing all future vehicles through TCA Auto.
Went into the business with a used corolla in their lot in mind, first impression was that it was extremely cluttered and disorganized, all keys to vehicles in one place unlocked and open, took 10 minutes to search for the vehicle to see if it was even in stock, only to tell us that they sold it over the weekend. He didn't really say anything after that, and it was like prying answers out of him, we asked if there was anything similar and he pulled a similar Hyundai out after another 10 minutes of searching on the computer. ... read more
