This company takes advantage of tenants. Overcharging , not fixing issues and doesn’t seem to do anything or care to prevent the homeless and thefts on its property. Beware !!
We have been leasing from TC for close to a year and a half. From our visit to look at the house we leased until we purchased a new home they have been nothing but awesome. Hannah made our our leasing procedure seamless and the office personnel have all been so helpful and gone beyond as we have been waiting for our new home to be built. Great people to deal with.
Was clean a clients house ..when a man showed up and tried to come in the house, door was locked so he did not enter then a lady Maxine showed up and came and rang the door bell 25 times and banged on the door ..then they came in and closed the door behind them I had already contacted renter and they said she was not suppose to be coming by and she is not suppose to be in the house...I asked her to leave and she asked me to call the renter and I refused she said TC properties will call the renter..and never did...after askin... read more
