Eric spent a huge amount of time helping get the house ready to put on the market. He then was great in navigating some complicated buyers. It was an out of town transaction for me so it was extremely helpful to have a realator go the extra mile in helping get the house sold. I would recommend Eric to anyone who needs a realator. I have used several realtors in my real estate career and have never had one this helpful and good. Out of 5 stars I give him 10 Dale

Eric has been amazing in helping me with the sale of my home. His experience is a major factor in cuttingbthrough the nonsense. He is always willing to answer "stupid questions" and offer advice. This company is awesome! I highly recommend them.
