I got my nails done here on Friday, 7/18. When I was getting my full set done( acrylics w/design), they were super nice and seemed to have picked up right after I had gotten there. I typically go to a different place, but me and my husband recently moved and it's quite a drive, so I figured let's try it out. NEVER GOING BACK.... I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE AND COME BACK IN AN HOUR. ONLY 4 PEOPLE GETTING WORK DONE AND 3 MORE COMING IN. MY MONEY SPENDS JUST LIKE EVERY ONE ELSE. LAST TIMR I WAS THERE I DIDNT EVEN GET THE COLOR THAT I ASKED FOR AND COULDNT GET A GOOD LOOK AT IT UNTIL I WENT OUTSIDE. 😠 😡
I have always found the technicians to be friendly and profession. I appreciate that when you make an appointment your time is honored and they don’t have you sitting around while they try to fit walk-ins in on your time that you scheduled. I have been coming to the Shop in excess of one year without any incident. This is a cozy small shop with 3 to 4 technicians working at any given time.
