I was coming here since around 2018 back when it was Jenny’s nails and it was always the best nail salon I ever found around rochester I used to tell all my friends and family to go here but then back in 2022 I had a weird experience where the nail tech told me the price then when she rang me up she charged my card $100 extra trying to tip herself and was trying to hide it from me in the receipt:( I still think about it from time to time when I want my nails done since I used to love coming here sadly since that day they los... read more
Great service! The staff are very friendly, the work is excellent, and the place is clean and well organized. Highly recommended!
returning customer, got my nails done two days ago, three popped off, went to get them fixed, terrible service so rude didn’t get them fixed and declined a refund and hung up the phone.
I think the pictures speak for themselves. Tony does an amazing job every time. Precise, fast and very kind!
The worse nail spa, staff are not clearly communicating, not respecting and not caring about costumers at all.
