When we walked in no one addressed us until we were waved over 15 minutes after we got there - despite booking an appointment. We filled in seats from customers who had just left and no cleaning or washing of the station was done in between us and the previous clients. We came in for gel manicures and the tech was rough with the drill, file, and way over shaped my nails. They are uneven, asymmetrical, and some even cutting the skin. I had to pull my hand away multiple times due to the service being too rough.

I booked an appointment for gel x nails and confirmed when I sat down that it was gel x. The worker started putting only tips on my nails and I asked if this was gel x because this isn't normally how i have them done. My friend was getting actual gel x nails next to me and I told him that is how they are normally done, not just tips like are done with acrylics. Absolutely loved it here! The place was clean and the service was amazing. My set looks exactly like the reference photo and I couldn’t be happier with them! My mom came as well and got a pedicure. She couldn’t say enough good things about her service. We will definitely be back and hopefully become regulars!
