I went into a custom build with TC Homes with an idea of what I wanted; a preferred open layout, future handicap accessible, and a few personal touches for my own fireplace design and pantry door installed from my old house, and Brian designed and fit the entire project on an irregular, oddly-shaped, smallish lot with all my requests in mind. We just moved into our beautiful new home. The entire staff was helpful, prompt, super responsive, and professional. TC Homes worked closely with us through the entire process, paying close attention to all details. There were no surprises and our home was done early. Thank you all! I highly recommend this builder.
