We did a major addition/remodel on our new home before moving in. TC Homes did a great job keeping us informed on progress and working through the inevitable issues that come up when going from a design to reality. They tackled each one effectively and stood behind the work after we moved in. Project came in on budget.
I have a rental property with TC Homes and have had a great experience so far. Going on 3 years and I have no complaints. I've dealt with Brian, Jeremy, Jerry and Jaime and they are very proessional with great communication. If there is ever an issue they respond right away and resolve the issue in full. Coming from terrible experinces with previous landlords I'm very thankful for the consistency. I love the house I rent and hope to continue to stay in for many more years. Thank you TC Team!

1. Find another builder. This company is amateur. Failed in every aspect of building a handicap accessible home. Every entry way into house, onto the deck is not handicap accessible. The concrete sidewalk continued to collapse and collapsed in first year. They always have an excuse to try and defer their poor work or lack of ability to fix something.
