We have a 30-year-old natural gas floor furnace, and we thought that it had finally bit the dust. Since the weather has gotten colder recently, we tried to light the pilot light and get the furnace turned on, but we couldn't get it working. We called T&C and spoke to the owner, and he was able to send someone out right away. The repairman soon had our furnace working as good as new. Poor treatment of customers
My company and I have used T&C Heating and Cooling over the past several years. Up until this year, they have provided good services. Unfortunately, on Wednesday, June 25, I called them and described the problems I was having with my HVAC System. I was told someone would be at my house on Thursday, June 26, 2025 or Friday, June 27, 2025. Since they were unable to make it, I called them Friday morning, June 27, 2025. I would give 10 stars if I could! They are always timely and professional 👏 They are also very reasonably priced! Any time they have worked on our unit they have it fixed quickly! Rick, Daniel and Jeff are amazing! Thank you guys for always keeping us with heat and air!
