This was not a good experience for me or my family. TBW either could not or would not do most of what the contract actually said they could do. My overall concern was that my feedback or suggestions were usually not taken or appreciated. Client service is absolutely not a focus and she was more likely to blame me when details were missed than to actually take accountability. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Taylor and her team. From the very beginning, she helped us bring our vision to life and guided us through every detail with creativity, organization, and care. In addition to suggesting vendors and planning the entire event, she also designed and created our floral arrangements, which were absolutely stunning and perfectly matched the look and feel we imagined.
