I called them for a proposal on a re-roof for a metal warehouse. I gave him a two because they were very prompt to respond and seemed to know what they were talking about and I received the proposal via email promptly after. Never heard from him again. I called them and left voicemails four different times as no one seems to ever answer the phone. I never got a return call.
Very thorough and efficient in communicating throughout my process with them. They were very quick to get out to my subject property to get the quote going. I felt very comfortable with their experience and knowledge.
