Rip Off!!!! I would never use T.B.'s again, not honest, over charged me and did work that I did not authorize. When it was Oak Park Auto, before the current owner, it was the best!!
Poor Customer Service We had service done to a vehicle a year ago through this business. We were promised that the vehicle would be ready in a 1-2 week time frame, as we needed it for work and family transportation. The work took much longer than to be expected and the shop actually shut down and ALL mechanics went on two week vacation after the two week time frame while our car was taken apart. We were told that the parts they sent out for came back incorrect 2x and that the mechanic who took it apart had a family emergency... read more
