Very disappointed with the healthcare my father is receiving, this hospital has a lack of accountability, lack of leadership, has no vision for patient care, and seems to have no pride in the work they should be doing.
Told triage nurse I was diagnosed with pneumonia and because my medical provider didn’t get get an X-ray. I waited in ER waiting room for over 2 hrs and then because not being able to breathe wasn’t taken seriously. I signed myself out as I couldn’t sit any longer. I’m weak but I will go see my medical provider tomorrow as they actually care and will help me. Helpfully my breathing doesn’t get worse.
