Abriana took me from chronic muscle tension to being active again. I wasn’t sure it would work, but the results have been incredible. Make sure to do your at home work it fast tracks things. I'm a believer and not better in tune with my body.

She has helped me tremendously overcome pain and increase my range of motion through massage and Neurokinetic Therapy. Quinn is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about my health and progress. Also, NKT is the best! It offers exercises specifically tailored to me that I follow up with at home. I am a huge advocate of NKT, Quinn, and this clinic! Highly recommend!
I had a dry needling session with Trace, and let me tell you, his service was the Steph Curry “Night Night” to all the other wellness centers out there. His work puts them to sleep in the best way possible. Like, have a good night, it’s over. Trace isn’t just friendly, professional, and welcoming, he’s highly knowledgeable.
