This was the second time we had to call TBR LLC to come out and safely remove the gate from being hitting. Kenny and his team were very professional and came right out to make the property safe to enter and enter. Thanks for the quick response and willingness to jump right in to fix the problem.
Kenny has helped us out when we were in a pinch. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and I know the work he does will last.
The owner is a know it all who can not stand to be asked questions or if you have a concern his only reply is that he is a professional and knows what he is doing. Forgot to install my roof ridge vent and when I asked he had 3 different responses. Never got it installed, but got a paltry discount on my bill. Then when a tree came down on my house and I wanted him to fix it he stopped returning my calls. His loss, insurance paid almost what he charged for the whole roof just to replace the back half.
Quick to show up, quick to leave. Don't pay in full until your project is finished, they won't come back to finish the job once they are paid.
Kenny and his guys were absolutely amazing to work with. After being burnt by a contractor in the past, I was not excited to deal with another when we noticed our kitchen ceiling leaking. Within a few minutes Kenny found the cause of the leak and had it completely fixed within the same day. We had them repair the drywall damage as well and it looks great!
