A complete scam. Was never explained by sales person about the billing. They bill you for never activating the equipment that was installed for free. They lock you into a contract without telling you. Just put it in small print that no one will ever read. They tell you the house will be wire for free and never say you will be locked into a contract. Horrible business model and company.

Don't ever use this company or service. Absolutely disgraceful. Billing is a joke and they sign you up on long term contracts without explaining anything. I've asked for a manager to call me multiple times and have received nothing. Save yourself the trouble and look to more reputable companies who aren't here to scam you out of as much money as possible.

TBI Smart Home Solutions Bills for accounts that were never activated. Bad customer service. They expect you move into a home and accept the alarm system they installed without my approval and then start billing me for services without any sales call, activation, or know how about they are billing you for.
