Do yourself a favor and go to a real Mortgage company these guys are the worst. Dennis the so called Manager cannot even add . He doesnt understand that a 420 thousand dollar house is 336 thousand dollar loan with 20% down. They dont call you back, and thats after they have lost your files to later find out that some other guy in the office has your files. Your information is not safe here. This company is horrible. I got a letter of commitment 1/22/2025. My home was scheduled to close 8/20/2025. They were not able to close. Mary, loan processor was on vacation for two weeks and returned 8/18/2025. No one was assigned to my file in her absence. She had to do two weeks work in two days. Michael, team leader called me 8/19/2025 to let me know that I got the loan but they didn’t have the paperwork ready. Even though I have taken out a loan for two years, I still feel sick about this company. I don't recommend。
Not recommended. High rates and junk fees. Avoid.
