My aunt used this warehouse to transport her dogs and was screamed and cussed at by a staff member for being “late”. My aunt arrived at 3:45pm and was told by a different staff member via phone that she had to be there before 5:00pm. The dogs were covered in feces and urine and not provided with water in a sweltering warehouse. It’s beyond appalling what happened and extremely unprofessional. If you care about customer service and the well being of your pets or belongings then look elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mother in law, son, and I had an extremely terrible experience. We drove about 3 hours from Yulee to pick up 3 dogs that were flown over from England. We were told as long as we were there by 5:00pm that everything would be fine. We get there around 3:45pm. My mother in law walked up to the warehouse door and was greeted by Candice Rozzo extremely inappropriately. There was no “Hi, how are you?” She said “You are late!
