I’m deeply grateful for my time with TBI Airport Management. The experiences, training, and growth I achieved there will stay with me throughout my career. The airlines should seriously reconsider their partnership with TBI. The way this company’s staff speaks to customers is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a traveler, I expect basic respect and courtesy — not to be spoken to with attitude or dismissed. It’s a terrible reflection not only on TBI, but on the entire airport experience. If this is how they treat people regularly, I can’t imagine how they handle more serious issues.

TBI used to be a great company to work for, between the years 2005 through around 2012.Shortly after the older duty managers and supervisors retired, the company started going down.This company has turned into strictly business with hardly any incentives for the employees.They hire who they know off the street before they even consider "in house" employees. The people whom they hire as duty managers and supervisors, lack people skills.They don't know how to treat their employees, and they also lack empathy.I was with the com... read more
