The airlines should seriously reconsider their partnership with TBI. The way this company’s staff speaks to customers is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a traveler, I expect basic respect and courtesy — not to be spoken to with attitude or dismissed. It’s a terrible reflection not only on TBI, but on the entire airport experience. If this is how they treat people regularly, I can’t imagine how they handle more serious issues.

TBI used to be a great company to work for, between the years 2005 through around 2012.Shortly after the older duty managers and supervisors retired, the company started going down.This company has turned into strictly business with hardly any incentives for the employees.They hire who they know off the street before they even consider "in house" employees. Well, the flights were all backed up due to weather. We waited in long lines for help. They did get us a complimentary hotel stay and meals. Some people created drama; however, the staff firmly handed them.

TBI Airport Management. If you’re interested in this job, be aware of the domestic terminal management. Upper management is almost never on the same page and makes up about 85% of the reason why the entire operation is going downhill. The other 15% comes from how messy the employees can be towards one another, but again, that’s allowed by the management. Favoritism is evident.
