From an ER point of view... Fairly clean. Better security for the bathrooms next to the Pediatric waiting room, is needed. Folks walk off the street and used the facilities. Registration was a breeze. Courteous staff. Doctor assigned to my parent was good! Thanks Dr. Patel. The nurses, were OK, but then again, it was a busy day. The overall waiting was ridiculous!!! I was there from 7 am...until almost 8 pm....when I was told my parent would be admitted!!!! Hence, the 3 stars!!!!
I hate this place no respect for anyone till u make call and have ppl put ppl in there place and tell him them how to do their job. Will never come back here.
