I had the worst experience at this hospital yesterday my aunt was there and we was calling the nurses to help her because she couldn't breathe they came a little to late because she passed away.
The only good doctor who genuinely cares about their pediatric patients is Dr.ilana pister I was completely disheartened by my last experience at TBH Pediatric clinic the support staff is excellent and caring but the physician with exception of Dr Pister are HORRIBLE they rush too diagnosis with out fully assessing, they make accusatory comments,lack sensitivity and undermine the severity of the child health. Techs- Williams and Joseph in Geriatrics did a great job. Nurse Marquez was also excellent. There was a Haitian nurse sound like Janieve?? did a good job for my mom. There seems to be such chaos at shift change. Some nurses are not reading the computer to know about the patients. Anyone who has an elderly family member in the hospital, please keep an eye on them. No one was helping my mom eat, we had to feed her and at one time had to clean her bottom because of short staff and the tech took 45 mins to come and take her off ... read more
