Multiple visits attempting to diagnose an issue with our furnace. Ordering and replacing parts used as a diagnosis tool and not actually the problem. Left the house with the unit still not functioning and no follow-up. We contacted another HVAC company and they diagnosed a simple wiring issue. We will not be using this contractor again.
Awesome family run business
When it came time to replace our tired old furnace and A/C. TBG was the obvious choice, as they had previously replaced the Water Heater, Well pump and Sewage Pump at this house. I was provided with serval options in different price points to compare. Once all my questions were answered and the decision was made on which model to go with, an installed date was set. The installers cam on time and did a great job, very efficient and personable. Was a smooth process and we are extremely happy.
Always on time, on budget and on par with the highest quality. Phenomenal team.
