Worst Airbnb ever! Windows broken out, toilet that does not work, broken locks, broken furniture, no repairs or refunds!
Booked property in St. Louis for 3 nights only to discover after 1st might there was no water for shower. It was advertised as a full bathroom, but it was not. Owner said he could TRY to get someone to fix it but it was Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend. We had no repair person confirmed and had to vacate to a hotel as to take showers and enjoy the rest of our trip. NOW they won't refund me for 2 nights we weren't there. Total fraudulent business practices.
