This practice is wonderful. So glad I went here. The staff was wonderful. Dr Boucher listened to my issues and came up with treatment plan. She started plan and already have relief . Highly recommend her
If I would’ve read these reviews prior to my mom going to see Dr. B—she would’ve never been a patient. I am honestly surprised they have “some” good reviews. Dr. B has a horrible attitude, the medical assistant does also—horrible bedside manner. Dr. B had this persona/attitude like she didn’t believe what my mom was saying. I think it’s time for you to retire or just stop being a podiatrist since you’re just so miserable and treat your patients miserably.
I’ve never meet a doctor in all my years who was the rudest! She was an hour and a 10 minutes behind schedule! Wouldn’t even let me get a word in the edgewise. Didn’t even take care of the problems I’m having with my feet! Will never go back there again. Now I have to schedule with another foot doctor to take care of my feet!

Horrible! I only have done a handful of reviews and it’s when somewhere or someone is extraordinary or horrible. I’ve since left the practice after issues with the providers unprofessionalism and an employee of hers who she justified unprofessional behaviors and communication. In addition while I was a patient, every single visit felt rushed, and I never felt heard. When you’re in the business of caring for people you need to practice just that.
