I got my hair cut today by Alyssa, the owner of The Beauty Bar—and it was such an amazing experience! I’ve never had a professional haircut before, so I didn’t realize what I was missing. I used the online scheduling tool to book an appointment over a week away that was "available" online, completed the appointment request online and provided my credit card to book the appointment and then was contacted via email that they had to cancel my appointment due to a "scheduling" conflict!
