Don't go here unless money is absolutely no object for you!! Dr. McFarlane's secretary is extremely unpleasant & completely intolerant and volatile when patients ask questions regarding clarification on pricing. When the way she was speaking to me / treating me was brought up to Dr. MacFarlane he did absolutely nothing to help and further made me feel like I was a burden for asking questions. I highly recommend Dr. McFarlane and his wonderful staff at the Thunder Bay office. Everyone is very friendly and professional! I received orthodontic care from TBay Smiles after having my braces removed and having issues with my permanent retainer constantly falling off causing my teeth to shift significantly. Dr. McFarlane and his team made a treatment plan for me with Invisalign and now my teeth look even better than before!
