Dr B is amazing, both my kids love going to see him. They both now have beautiful straight teeth. Highly recommend!
Don't go here unless money is absolutely no object for you!! Dr. McFarlane's secretary is extremely unpleasant & completely intolerant and volatile when patients ask questions regarding clarification on pricing. When the way she was speaking to me / treating me was brought up to Dr. MacFarlane he did absolutely nothing to help and further made me feel like I was a burden for asking questions. Excellent service. Dr. McFarlane and his team are great at what they do. We are lucky to have them in Thunder Bay. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
