Contacted TBAR Roofing on Wednesday to inspect my roof to be sure there were no leaks. Tracy explained the maintenance package and the next day the crew was here and completed the work! Tracy and the crew were very knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again.

I found this contractor through Home Advisor. They contacted us quickly, provided a comprehensive estimate, completed the work in a timely manner and kept us informed along the way. The work was professional and well done. I would recommend this company.
Buyer beware! TBAR roofing did roofing repairs on our property. TBAR Roofing offered a 3 year warranty on their work. Within 6 months the roof started to leak again. TBAR simply refused to honor the warranty. Emails and phones went unanswered. The owner has been having health issues and he has disappeared on us. We would not recommend engaging the services of this contractor at this time.

Roof coating repair jobs come with a very strict warranty and requirements to maintain that warranty. In our warranty agreement with your New York based management company, management is required to notify us of ANY work to be performed on the roof with any contractor or maintenance people PRIOR to working on the roof. There is also a mandatory inspection fee and inspection after the work is complete.
