We made 4 reservations for service beginning with our arrival last night at RDU airport. No show, no call. All the signs were there from the beginning...no written confirmation. Just a verbal assurance that it was all handled. Disorganized about our arrival details even though we had put them succinctly in writing. They were apologetic when they told us nothing like this had ever happened before and they were embarrassed, etc but there was no suggestion or offer of sending another driver or providing a solution. We used this company for our daughter's wedding and reception. Everything was done well. We loved the stretch limo. My daughter was very satisfied. Mr. Campbell was very professional. I have to give a great 5 star rating to Our Chauffeur Michael. He was very sweet and understand as he safely took us to a funeral for my father today. The car was clean and he was very professional.
