Dave replaced an old system with a more technological updated system in 2016. He then took the time to explain the necessary maintenance needed to have the system running well. He has maintained our system since then. Well done.
Dave is excellent to work with. He responded to my inquiry of a water softener system within an hour. We worked out a time to meet and answer any questions I had. I decided to go with the Pro Series and he was able to install it the very next day. We discussed a 10:30am time to install. He was there at 10:29am. This speaks volume for Dave and his business. Dave came out in just days notice and replace the old system with the platinum pro series and what a difference. I also like the idea of a lifetime parts and labor warranty. He did a fantastic job and would recommend him to anybody.
Very good experience with TB Water. Dave was very responsive from the initial call while I was looking for systems all the way through the installation, and follows up after the fact. The installation was very neatly done, the team is very professional, and the unit looks great!
After having multiple salesmen come to our door (which was annoying) and offering gift cards and security systems with their water systems, I found it fishy and didn't like their tactics. After about a week of research I came across TB Water. We just had our new water system put in a few weeks ago and we are extremely happy! We had horrible well water that would turn our tubs, toilets and sinks gold within a week even with a fairly new water softener.
