Thank you for John, on a Saturday, when my car battery died. The Willimantic Farmers market had ended and I moved my car to load it. By the time I was done, everyone was gone and my car would not start. Dead battery! He came with a power pack and answered my questions, practicing safe Covid procedure. It was a crazy hot day and he made me feel better about the situation. My great friend Elainenthesun followed me to the garage and then brought me home. I am feeling thankful.

Starter went bad on my car. Needed a tow. I called T&B. Alexis took my info and made sure to review it before sending out the call to Tyler in the truck. Tyler called me right about the time Alexis said he would. He let me know he was on the way. He arrived when he said he would and promptly got the car hooked up to the truck. one star!! (I wasn’t able to click on star ratings) 8 days for a brake job. Got a diff excuse each day. Finally I went in and made a small scene. Got my truck back an hour later. I hope it is repaired. That’s a huge coincidence.There will be a follow up review for that. I asked for the old parts to verify that an unauthorized repair was actually made to my truck. Have used these guys for tows and car repairs multiple times. Always fair prices, good customer service, and they get things done quickly. I shopped around locally for prices and always find theirs to be the best.
