Didn't excellent job with my car had great communication. Let me know some other things that were going wrong with it. While they had it in the shop and asked me if I wanted to have those things done to which most. I said yes, they then also informed me that some previous work I had done on my car had not actually been done so that was a massive help in figuring out where a not take my car too. Pricing was. I'm not happy at all with my service. My van was damaged due to the tornado that happened a couple weeks ago. My company offered to pay for it and t and b said they fixed everything related to the damage. Upon picking up it was stuck doing 4rpm doing only 20 mph. My company paid them well over 6200 dollars and I paid them an additional 262 when I returned the van saying it was stuck in this condition, I didn't even drive it barely 5 min and still having the same issue but they still took my money and said they fixed the prob... read more
I was referred here by Plaza Tire after my car started throwing codes and I don't regret taking it to T and B. I'll be taking all my cars here from now on. Everyone was so nice! Brittany, Slade, and Brian all took time to explain everything about what was going on with my car. Nobody talked down to me, which is what I was anxious about. Thank you guys!
