Do not take your vehicle here. They're warranty. There is none $800 brake job. Told him not to put ceramic brakes on. He did it anyways. It cost catastrophic damage to the front end cost me another 1600. It was supposed to be covered under warranty. Will not even talk about the hail damage and the busted windshield or the fact that my truck look like it had been running through. I'm missing medications. Im very greatful for this place! Im not springfield native and didnt know where to go here in a pinch or when I needed a reliable mechanic. My coworker recommended t&b. Been there several times and wonderful experiences. Then I had one mishap with an oil change and they went out of their way to make it right! I will definitely still come back! They're friendly and they want to do it right! Humans are humans and not perfect but this business wants to take care of their customers! Thank you guys again !
