This man is completely incompetent! Shady as they come. I brought my car in to get fixed, not further damage it. Should’ve just ran my car off the cliff instead of dealing with this crook
I brought my 2013 GOLF GTI into TB Auto to have an engine rebuilt. Trevor told me it would be about $6000. When I returned 2 months later Trevor said it needed a clutch as well and would now be $11,200. I took Trevor to the bank and gave him the $11,200. As we left the bank parking lot the engine light came on along with the "service now" light. Brought my car in after a bad spark plug job that was done by me, the engine would crank but wouldn’t turn over these guys got it to start and told me all the coils were bad charged me 750$ for replacing coils and putting in new spark plugs the second I drive the car off the lot I get drive train malfunction took a uturn right away brought it back and had it inspected again to which they had no clue what’s wrong with it, referred me over to a friend of his who I took the car to and his acquaintance told me the whole vvt need... read more
