Avoid group dining, bad customer service – I had planned a family reunion dinner at Tazza 3 months in advance and even called to pre-order our meals. I can't tell you how embarrassing it was to then get there, wait 50 minutes before all even had salads and iced tea, be served cold food, and had to deal with less than a clean environment. HEINOUS service, fabulous food – If you can stand to talk to the girls that answer the phone at Tazza, and deal with their lack of customer service skills, the food is great once you get it. I usually spend about 10 minutes on the phone everytime I call, being placed on hold no less than 6 times, and they usually ask me more than once for the order, and more than once for my credit card information. Great Food, and Timely Delivery – I have ordered from Tazza a few times now, and have been overly satisfied each time. They have never destroyed our order, and the food has always been SUPERB! I normally call in our work lunches, they are always polite and get the order right everytime. All their salads are delicious, along with everything else on the menu. The price is very pocket friendly and delivery is punctual. If anyone who works at Tazza reads this... Keep up the good work, and friendly service!!! Thanks!
Run ... Run far, far away! – The poor reviews here are dead on. I ordered lunch with friends from work. We called for delivery, but were told could not order in advance of delivery (called 10:00a for noon delivery). Called back at suggested time. Told delivery not be available for one hour. Bad service runs away good customers – Though the food is tasty, beware, you will have to deal with bad service to get it. My office has been ordering from this restaurant for quite some time. We were quoted one price during ordering and were charged a different price at delivery. I asked for peppers to be taken off of my Calzone during ordering, and they were left on. tables too close – The seating here is way too close and the service was alright. We waited a while for everythin. Our food was good but they charged us .10 for water, the food was not that great to charge for the water. This place has a lot of potential. As far as the wait staff you could tell a few of them do not care for one another, very noticible! A good place to eat if it improves.
Yum Yum – I experienced Tazza for the first time yesterday. I ordered the Pasta Molina (grilled chicken, bow tie pasta, cheeses, mushrooms, and sun dried tomotoes in a little bit of alfredo sauce.) It came with two pieces of toasted garlic bread. I had to delivered free to my office bldg downtown at lunch. The delivery was very speedy and the delivery man was very nice.
