My Favorite Place – I love Tazzas. They have pulled off some great events for us. We have had several lunches catered and also had individual lunches delivered. The food is great. They have a terrific variety and it is not your run of the mill lunch food. It actually tastes very good. I have never been disappointed. The last thing I need in a busy day is a lousy experience. They have exceeded my expectations. Thank you Tazza!!!

BAD ATTITUDES AND AVOID EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK – THE FIRST TIME I VISITED TAZZA RESTAURANT I ENJOYED THE WAIT SERVICE AND THE FOOD. HOWEVER, EVERYTHING HAVE CHANGED AND IT IS FOR THE WORST. I WENT INTO TAZZA WITH COUPON IN TOW TO PURCHASE FOOD. WHEN I PRESENTED MY COUPON, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY NO LONGER HONOR THE COUPON. I EXPLAIN TO THEM THE YEAR HAS NOT ENDED NOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER(COUPON EXPIRES). THE SO-CALLED MANAGER WAS RUDE AND DEFENSIVE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PATRONIZE TAZZA BECAUSE NOTHING IS FRESH ABOUT ... read more

Food-Ok, Service- Ok – I only decided to go to Tazza because of a coupon book that I had purchased, and they had a coupon for buy a meal, get one free kind of a deal. I thought, 'eh.. it's worth a try for a buy one get one and to try something new.' So we clipped out our coupons and headed that way. We arrive at the door, only to find a note and coupon taped to the door, stating they do not accept these coupons. Nice. Now I'm mad, and I'm hungry. So, since I've hauled a few others and myself down there already, we decide to ... read more

Great dine in lunch – My mom and I had an impromptu ladies lunch around noon on a Saturday. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, the place was clean and comfortable, the service was prompt, the food was great. I ordered soup and sandwich, mom ordered roast beef, we were pleased and will make Tazza part of our day together in the future. Along the lines of a friendlier and quieter Appleby's or Ruby Tuesday. More than you would expect in service, food quality, and ambiance for the amount you spend.

bad food, slow delivery – Our food was awful, and the delivery person was over an hour late. When I ordered the food they assured me they were familiar with my delivery location, then called twice because they were lost, and were still over an hour late with the food. One person in our group ordered Tuna Salad that was frozen in the middle. My roast beef was a funny looking color and had a strange taste - could not eat it. I won't order from there ever again.

Disappointing – I had high hopes for this place as my company just moved downtown and we were looking for great lunch spots that deliver. The first time we ordered, everything was good and service was excellent. The next couple of times we ordered, it was as if this was a totally different place. The person taking the orders on the phone needs a lesson in customer service as it took forever for her to take our order. And then, once our food arrived, the order was messed up in so many ways, we couldn't even explain to them on... read more

Really Bad – I work downtown and go out to eat often during the week. Tazza is consistently BAD. The service is SO slow. I have often waited more than 45 minutes for my meal. Today I ate there and the food took nearly an hour to get. My coworkers had to leave before even getting their meals because they were constrained to an hour lunch. The food on the menu is NEVER prepared the same from week to week. You may get a dish with one thing one time, order the same thing the next time and get it completely different. The chicken... read more

nononononono – First, ignore the obvious fake positive reviews. Imagine a complete stranger walking up to you and upchucking directly into your mouth. This is how I can best explain Tazza succinctly.

Inconsistent – We have ordered from Tazza several times at my office and the one word I have for them is INCONSISTENT. One time it will be absolutely delicious, and the next time it it horrible. Delivery will be quick one time, we will wait two hours the next. The staff will be friendly and helpful one time, the next time they are rude and seem to not care. This place has so much potential, but they really need to work on being more consistent if they want to keep their customers. One word of advice if you are planning to or... read more
