I was doing some preliminary research on glassblowing classes and finally mustered up the courage to call, as I grew up in North Royalton and had always been intrigued by this place. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The individual who answered the phone was incredibly rude—simply saying “hello” with no greeting, name, or courtesy whatsoever. Went here twice to have glass items fixed. Very friendly service and VERY PRETTY items to buy!
The owner is wonderful! We took the family to pick out their personal ornaments for 2024. We looked through his very impressive stock and found several. He also has a "seconds" section, to the untrained eye we could not see any issues and a couple of the family found their favorites there. We also purchased several of his glass candy cane's. They are so lovely and they are not too heavy to place on the tree. We will now be making this a new Family Tradition for the holidays.
Love the work he does. I have quite a few pieces.that I really enjoy.
