omg they dont keep records people...the little old lady at the desk has not a clue what is happening. this is a seriously bad place to go
Rudest receptionist I have dealt with for a while. It was my first time coming here for an appointment and I wasn't sure of the procedure. She acted like we were stupid and she was very rude. She also made a nasty remark about her coworker. Sounds like she needs to retire.
The rudest workers ever!(not all but most) If someone has a question they are blown off and rudely responded to. I have seen it first hand and something needs to change if people are going to be paying good money to the business that pays their salary.
