Hey Crystal I’m Joe Norton the owner of Tazikis Greenville. Thanks for rating us 4 stars but I wanted to let you know that we do cook all of our meats on site. We actually butcher our lamb and beef daily then cook it from raw right on the line. We bake our fresh chicken breasts daily then cool and slice them before cooking them again on the griddle to season and bring them back to temperature. That helps us keep our ticket times fast.
