This is Saima Ahmed, I visited Dr. Tayyaba Ali for my dry eye issues. She was very professional and explained everything to me in detail. She was amiable and answered all my questions and concerns. She even provided me with links to additional reading material that would help me understand my problems in a better way. She recommended both home remedies and taking supplements in addition to the prescription eye drops. I am very thankful to her and would recommend her highly.
I honestly cannot thank Dr. Ali enough for being my doctor through my healing journey with panuveitis, retinal vasculitis, multifocal choroiditis, optic neuritis and perineuritis. She has been so supportive and unbelievably helpful through it all. About a month after my diagnosis in February of this year, I finally got in to see a uveitis specialist at Stanford. Dr Ali was fantastic- thorough, caring and attentive! She took the time to listen, explained everything in detail and made sure I fully understood my options and the treatment plan. I was not rushed and truly felt heard and cared for- highly recommend!
Dr. Ali is a phenomenal ophthalmologist. My daughter is very complicated due to her iritis/uveitis/cataract/dry eyes/and slow healing abrasions that we've experienced over her lifetime. She is always thorough and explains treatments with ease making me feel very comfortable that my daughter is getting the best care. We use to go to Stanford Byers Eye Clinic but I'm grateful that Dr. Ali is much closer to us. Although she's only in the office 1X a week, it fits our schedule and convenience for wonderful care.
