Awesome people and company
We recently had the misfortune of visiting this warehouse for a delivery, and it was an absolute disaster. We arrived at 9 am, expecting a relatively smooth process, but it took them a staggering 6 hours to unload the rugs. We didn't leave until 3 pm, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. There carpets have bed bug and flees and some of the carpets have mold
I purchased a Roderica Wall shelf and the material disintegrated while I was trying to hang the shelf. The wood was very cheap and the customer service says they can not help after 30 days which is very short. I do not recommend this company or their products.
I’m starting my new job here tomorrow my 1st day I hope i will makes some new friends here
