The only reason I’m giving it one star is there’s one Dr there that I like. The staff are rude and act like they look down upon you for literally just going to the er because your sick. They didn’t care that I just had open heart surgery and was in a significant amount of pain from coughing due to influenza a and upper respiratory infection they said we can give you Tylenol no kidding? Outpatient surgery department was great this week. They were concerned for my comfort and safety, and they were professional and efficient. We've used the hospital on many occasions for outpatient services and emergency room with only good experiences and outcomes. Glad to have our local hospital!
The Drs at this hospital need some work. My husband was there 9 days ago in excruciating pain . They diagnosed him With esophageal spasms. 9 days later he is sick again , same pain go to St Johns and find out he has a bad gallbladder full of pus. He was very , very sick . Very upset this could of turned out bad for my husband .
Worst Hospital I have ever dealt with.
Exceptional staff and a very clean facility.
Hire staff that shows they are educated well, empathetic, and have good bedside manner, talking to you-not down to you. And if they misspeak, don't tell you that both you and your spouse thought you heard him say it but that he didn't If you misspeak, own it and just apologize.
