These apartments need to be remodeled. The grout in the bathrooms is old and nasty. They're in bad need of a facelift. Also, tenants can't call their payments in over the phone because the office doesn't have a debit/credit card machine. This makes it very difficult for those people that have no transportation and no means to any transportation in the hick town of Taylorsville, KY to get their rent paid.
