I took my 99 Grand Prix gt in to get ac serviced. The technician was very rude and not a bit helpful. I felt talked down to, my car was never hooked to any diagnostic machinery. I was told my compressor spun freely and they could do nothing. The car had a bad ac diode in the under hood fuse box which kept the ac clutch from engaging.we found the problem which should have been an easy diagnosis for any competent pro but the gentleman on duty seemed more interested in being a prick than doing his job.
