I came in for an annual exam. The front desk was nice. When i got to meet my physician and got the blood test done, they told me they would call me within 24hrs to give me the results. And then they said that's it. So i went down to the front desk and asked to schedule my next appointment, the front desk was so surprised and said my physician was supposed to get me scheduled upstairs right after the blood test. Dr. Rawlins is the most phenomenal provider! She listens to her patients, doesnt just find "quick easy treatment plans", is fully invested in your health and wellbeing. She was able to suspect a diagnosis of blood clotting that had been overlooked by several providers the first visit I had with her. Literally a miracle worker!
