We hired TaylorSmith for a remodel of the interior of our mid century modern Portland home. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Taylor, Brooks, Lindsey and team, and appreciated their efforts to keep our project both within budget and on schedule. We hired TaylorSmith to convert our single story two car garage into a two story 1 car garage with an ADU. The finished product more than exceeded our expectations. It is gorgeous, and a space we are very proud of. We could not have had a better experience with Kevin, Lauren, Michael and Lindsey. They coordinated impeccably with our architect and are meticulous in their approach. We could not recommend them more!
Top-notch collaborative design and construction effort. Loved it! My wife and I recently completed a significant renovation of our 1990s home in Portland's Overlook neighborhood, a 5,000+ sq ft project with river views, and I cannot recommend TaylorSmith Sustainable Construction (TSSC) highly enough.
