paid cash for a Explorer from here and Within the next two weeks it broke down when all we did was get a oil change! We called them and he said no matter whether its minor or major that he was gonna get it fixed! TOLD us that he would get his mechanic to come fix the problem and he never showed up within days! So we took it upon ourselves to take it to a shop and get the problem fixed which was the thermostat housing which cost us $500 to get fixed !!!
