No customer service and overpriced, don't waste your time. Townsville Trailer warehouse could not have been better service, price and quality trailers.
I had to rebuild my 25 year old tailer and as part of that process I had to cut off the axel spring shackle bolts, what i didn't realise was that the axel which was solid steel 55mm was not a common brand and it was almost impossible to find some new ones. I approached one trailer manufacturer in Cairns who for what ever reason didnt get back to me. Thank you Taylor Trailers for your excellent service, nothing was a problem when I came in to buy a 8 x 5 trailer late on Friday with a shop full of other customers (who was also very friendly ) gave me a chance to have a good look at their extensive range of spare parts for future reference. Can highly recommend Taylor's for friendly service and lots of spare parts.
I've tried them all and keep coming back with my trailers for parts and advice. Just wanted to say thanks for all your help, advice and saving me money on key tips and tricks on how to maintain and service my trailers. I think I'm smart until I come down a talk with the staff and realise that the specialists do know best. I recommend anyone to get advice and parts from these guys AAA+...cheers, peter
