We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying our trailer from Taylors Trailers, and it’s all thanks to Linda! From start to finish, her professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness made the process so easy and fun! We had some laughs! 😂 She went above and beyond to answer all our questions, guide us through our options, and ensure we got exactly what we needed. The level of customer service Linda provided is truly rare these days. I couldn’t recommend her or Taylors Trailers enough.

Purchased an 8 x4 high side, dual axle trailer, going for my preferred locally fabricated model. Lead time was given, and the trailer was ready within that time. Happy with the quality of the product and the service, which included an explanation of tips and features of the trailer and how best to maintain it.
No customer service and overpriced, don't waste your time. Townsville Trailer warehouse could not have been better service, price and quality trailers.
