I placed order a week in advance. Some credit card error, no one called, nothing delivered. (Not during a holiday) And when I called to find out what happened, after the date flowers were due to arrive. They just said oh FTD was supposed to call you, it's not our job. I have never had a business owner treat me so rudely. When I cancelled the second order I had placed he said "Great!! Thank You!!" I will go out of my way not to purchase from him and will tell everyone I know about this experience.
