We were about to replace our carpet due to wrinkles and how dirty it had become. Taylor’s Capet came in, stretched every room, and steam cleaned. Brought it back to life and now looks brand new. Couldn’t be happier with their services. Highly recommend.
My carpet came out very clean. I would recommend this carpet cleaning company and will use them again in the future.
I had my 10 x 12 area rug cleaned by this company and was charged $300. When I wiped a white towel on it, it was still filthy dirty. I asked them to re-clean the carpet, and the owner of the company was rude and very unapologetic. He said as a courtesy he would come out and clean the carpet again. Now they have bleached the carpet out completely and left a bunch of soap in it and it is ruined. I searched for two years for a rug to match my artwork in that room.Very disappointed!
