Company is now taken back over by original owners and located behind the car wash on carolina Beach
Their follow up customer service is the primary problem. The technician came and charged us $150 to clear the drain line but the problem continues to happen which points at him being wrong in the first place. He came back and said it was just residual water in pan so for me to vacuum it out?? We called their service manager who said he would personally take care of it. No follow up call from him or the company. Problem still exists, out the $150.
