I was absolutely devastated when I lost 2 diamonds to my upgraded wedding set. I took it to the retailer where the ring was sold to me and they wanted to charge me a rediculous price almost equivalent to what the ring was sold for. One of my rings prongs was catching, so I took it in for a free prong check. They fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price! I ended up needing my other two rings prongs fixed and it went great too! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring! I highly recommend Taylor’s!
While visiting Fairbanks for the second time, I had a stop to Taylor’s Gold and Stones on my list. I saw a post from them on visit Fairbanks, started following them on social media and knew they had some really cool custom made pieces. I owned a bracelet without knowing much about it. I went to Gold Rush to have it appraised. They offered me 250 and called it scrap. My dad told me go to Taylor's, and I had it appraised for 5500 dollars!! What a difference. Gold Rush still mails us postcards but they go directly to the trash. Thank you Taylor's for being honest!!
