Well I must have been there on an off day or something because I was SUPER!!! uncomfortable... I took in jewelry to be appraised and there were no smiles or greetings.. Just unhappy faces and unhappy suspicious people? I'm definitely not going back to the place.. it's unfortu ate because I've always wanted to go into the store since I was a youth... one dream busted and off the list... the two reps were not proffesional by any means..... just because ur around the jewelry doesn't mean you can throw your manners out the windo... read more

I’m so happy with the work that Taylor’s did fixing my Gram’s ring! Not only did they do incredible work replacing a stone, but also sized and restored the integrity of the band. They were able to get it done quickly. Strongly recommend.

I was absolutely devastated when I lost 2 diamonds to my upgraded wedding set. I took it to the retailer where the ring was sold to me and they wanted to charge me a rediculous price almost equivalent to what the ring was sold for.
